This was not as pictured. I bought for the product I saw and which I have been using. This is a different refill. It works but not what I wanted.I have like this mop for years.Not bad I like it easy to useNot what I ordered. As you can see in my photos this is not the same as pictured in the order. Unfortunately I need to use it so I won’t be returning it but I would expect some kind of compensation since is is a step down in quality from what I paid for.They did not send the item in the photo. So I ended up paying $15 for a single sponge that I could buy at my local supermarket for less than half that price. I needed a new sponge when it arrived so I had to use it even though I felt I had been swindled. I contacted the seller but he did not offer to replace it because i could not return the purchased item.I could not find the refill sponge in store. Good for Amazon - exactly what I was looking for.Works great our local stores stopped carrying it. Thanks for still providing it. Your delivery time could have been a little faster.Did NOT receive the heavy duty version pictured. Received a plain, round foam flimsy mop sponge.
