My hair is very short and I don't use conditioner, and this product gives me soft, clean shininess, and I really like it. Ordinarily when ordering from beauty stores, I try to choose shampoo packets as my free samples to use in my travel kit, but recently ran out, and decided to order this. This is a box of five sample packets. Five! This is insane pricing, more than $3 per shampoo. Yes, the packets are convenient, and I will keep this purchase and live/learn. But while I will still purchase the full-size bottle for at home, I'll be seeking out a more economical brand for travel packets after this.
