A spring-loaded, self-locking buckle molded from rugged polyethylene provides the caregiver a secure hold-point while assisting during supervised walking and helps reduce wear on the 2” wide belt. To clean the walking belt, simply wipe the belt’s BioThane polyurethane-encapsulated webbing with a mild detergent.
