Arrived quickly. The pieces that screw together to make the handle are too top heavy. The pan is angled so it doesn’t stand upright by itself, it’s tilted and falls over. I’ve tried to flatten it a little. But even so, the top pieces of the handle are so heavy it tips over. Will go for a lighter version next time. Like the purple color.I don't understand the criticism of this product. Here are some facts. I just replaced my Clean Go Dog Poop Scoop with this updated model in purple. Why? Because mine finally rusted out after about 35 years use! Is that durable enough? As to size, my dogs have always been Weimaraners and I find the scoop more than adequate to collect several poop areas and place them in a bag for disposal. The angle of the scoop is perfect and the rake is very helpful. I could not find a better design or product when searching for the replacement. I am getting used to the two-piece assembly as my previous set were each one-piece and in stainless. I completely recommend this item for quality, durability, and ease of use.Bought this after a set that had lasted decades finally failed. Initially got a pet store set that fell apart almost right away, the attachment point between tray and handle was just formed metal, which came apart right away. This Clean Go is working out fine. I got the steel one, which is HEAVY; after use of a fairly large yard, my wrists were tired. If I had to do it again, I'd opt for the aluminum, as long as its handle/tray attachment is the same RIVETS as in the steel one I got, which look sturdy and I expect to last. I wish the tray on this one held more content, the sides of the tray are lower than what I would have liked. Also, be aware that the handle and the tray are not at a 90 degree angle, the handle is angled back at perhaps 30 degrees, something to get used to if you've been using a completely upright item. Not sure what the utility of the come-part handle is; it does have some 'play' to it, but seems sturdy.Wish I had bought this a long time ago. Three dogs.... do I have to say any more? It works great, saves on poop bags and paper towels, so it pays for itself in a short time. LOL. Also don't have to bend as much. Well made and I'm sure I'll have this for a very long time. The only surprising this is that it's a little heavy, but it's all metal, so I suppose it makes sense.Works as intended.I found it to be a weird angle it’s hard to use and it’s heavyThe Rake is the shovel as well. The shovel has rake tongs. The part that I thought would be the rake is actually a flat piece of metal that you just push up against the rake and sometimes the poop goes through the rake and falls out.Iam soo glad i bought this pooper scooper metal heavy duty, and it's purple;)Easy snap in place push button. To snap pieces into place. Sence they come detachable travel size...simple and eazy to put together,easy to clean.. Pirce was ok..
