I suppose I was expecting it to me like a cushy floor mat, but it's more like a mat you'd put on a desk for writing. It's thin and has a faux leather finish, which is fancy and nice. I like the personalized factor the most. The color I got was green and it is true to picture.If these were larger, it would probably be a better product. The spelling came out correctly,, so that’s good. But overall, this is not a good product because it’s so thin, the material curls at the corners .Very nice customized mat. The only reason I gave it the rating I did was because the water does not absorb, instead it pools. You have to make sure you’re wiping it off or it will travel to the floor.The letters come off too easily. Our dog bowls barely fit on the mat and there is really no overage on the mat, so water and food will still fall to the wood floor.
