This fit our old AR Blue Clean 142 pressure washer. It was easy to hook up and has been working fine. The new sprayer that comes with this kit might even be slightly more effective than our old one, but it's hard to be sure. The only problem with the kit is that the handle of the spray gun is slightly bigger/thicker than our old trigger spray gun. As I have small hands, it's a little more tiring for me to use it, but not terrible.We got this kit because the hose for our pressure washer had sprung a leak. We'd at first tried to fix it (hose clamps, duct tape), but apparently when a hose fails--it fails! New leaks sprouted. There was no saving that hose.We had at first looked for only a replacement hose, but didn't see any. However, I'm glad we didn't get only a hose because the connection piece on the new hose doesn't fit the spray gun that came with our original unit. I assume that they've made improvements since we first bought ours. The new connector is slightly bigger. It then made sense that they sold the replacement hose as a kit with a new sprayer. The kit came disassembled, but the new hose fit the new spray gun just fine--and the kit comes with an additional spray gun with a rotary tip that we haven't tried yet. Aside from saving money by not needing to buy a new pressure washer, I like that we weren't forced to throw away a working unit just because of a leak in a hose. They don't sell this old 142 model any more and we've been happy with it. I think we'd originally gotten it around 8-10 years ago. We use it often. It's lightweight and powerful enough to get things clean, but not so powerful that we damage anything.AR makes a very good pressure washer. I like our AR Blue Clean 142 much better than the Campbell and Hausfeld one we had previously. When this unit fails, I'll give AR another try.
