Hinges broke the first time used! Would replace if I could find hinges to replace with.Nice productThe holes didn't line up to toilet holes. Had to stretch the plastic in order to fit. then it was difficult to close the caps to hide the screws.It’s does what it’s supposed to do. Easy to install.One of the toilet seat bumpers split and I cannot get a hold of the busness to get or buy several spare bumpers as they are one of a kind. Please help?My husband had to work at installation but he got it done. Old seat had soft close and this one does not, unfortunately, so we have both dropped the seat several times with no bad results except the noise. The pattern is attractive - I feared it might be cheesy, but it is nice.While the toilet seat itself is nice and as expected, the plastic hinges look and feel cheap. I don’t know how long they will hold together.For the price, metal hinges would’ve been more durable and aesthetically pleasing.Good price essy to install.
