It took FOREVER to pick a faucet for our new kitchen. We visited showrooms and looked at I don't even know how many faucets ranging from less expensive to ridiculous (hello $1,000 California Faucets). I read hundreds of reviews. I finally settled on the Moen Woodmere due to Moen consistently getting good reviews on many, many sites for quality and longevity (who wants to have to mess around with changing out a faucet even if you can afford to), design, functionality, and price.I thought I was settling to keep our price reasonable. I was wrong.This faucet is so pretty in our kitchen. We went with basic chrome both because the price was right here on Amazon (the best price I found for this faucet) and because chrome is actually pretty neutral, but Moen offered a decent selection of finishes for this product. I am very pleased with the quality - more than I thought I would be based on having handled the faucet in store displays. (It's actually really hard to tell unless the display is an actual installed sink display.) I thought the plastic head would feel cheap but it actually doesn't. I really like the articulating head - that was one feature I prioritized and it's quite nice for moving the faucet head around to clean the sink and reach items. It's easy to keep clean; just a wipe of my sponge or dish towel (and we have pretty hard water). The water pressure is good, the spray feature is great, I love that I can fill a vase or other vessel that is sitting on my counter. I was concerned about the arc since it is slightly lower than some other faucet models, but it is actually perfect for our space and I never feel like the faucet is too low. Overall, this faucet is easy to use, feels solid and natural, and looks great. We installed it September of 2019, about 9-10 months ago, and no problems at this point.I highly recommend the Moen Woodmere for anyone looking for a more traditional/transitional style quality kitchen faucet at a good price.
