Compagnie a remplacé a deux reprise le produit mais ce dernier créé toujours des limailles de fer qui tombe dans les boîtes de conserves.Conception déficitaire et problematiqueThis can opener does its job but the way the cutter function is set up is difficult and sometimes takes a couple of attempts to get it to latch and cut open the can. Once cutting it works great. Older version was definitely better.Difficult to get to know how to hold the can just right when using it.You really have to hold medium weight cans otherwise it will tip over.This is the most useless appliance I have ever purchased in my life! Takes 10 minutes to open a can of soup, by the time it's opened I'm so mad I'm not hungry anymore. The designer of this piece of crap should beforced to spend the rest of their life opening hundreds of cans a day with this hunk of garbage, don't waste your money you might as well open cans with your teeth!Can opener works but the bearing is loud and sounds like it's on its last leg.The knife sharpener does not work at all.I am returning it.
