These are great for something to keep in your kitchen. I haven't had them for a long time, but I've eaten with them and they are slick, easy to clean, seem very durable, don't appear to have been made with any harmful substances and really the only downside of them is they don't grip as well as a wooden chopstick, so you need to be decent with them and they are a bit powerful, I've crushed maki with them on accident (I kind of blame it on possibly poorly made maki), but aside from that, they are pretty good.
