This is the second time I’ve gotten this shorter mop when trying to order the longer one. Not being able to return it is crap. It’s flimsy and absolutely not the mop pictured. I’m sick of this type of scamming.I have a cleaning service and I've used these mops for a few years I love them for the height I don't have to bend,no back aches..and good movability..Great productEasy to maneuver, not at all bulky, pads work well on tile and wood floors . Like a swiffer but stronger and easier to handle.I own a cleaning company and the E-cloth brand is all I use.Love this little mop! It does exactly like it said it would do.Very sturdy and eassy to use, and easy to clean the dirt off the pad.Like that's easy to use.Dislike , the handle is difficult to adjust.*I am not a norwex consultant/salesperson, and am not at all affiliated with them*Was invited to a norwex party and was intrigued. Did some research on how their products work and if they are worth the insane (my opinion) prices. Found eCloth products during this research. I bought this mop because the price was SOOOOO much better than norwex prices. The mop head does not lock like norwex, but that's okay with me. I'm not going to pay an extra $80 for a locking mop head. This product comes with the mop handle, the mop head (uses velcro to attach), and one wet mop pad.The wet mop pad is decent quality. The fiber density is not as thick as norwex, but it is certainly thicker/denser/better than other microfiber products I've seen/used/purchased.I have a senior dog who is going incontinent, which means lots of accidents I have to clean up (on a daily basis -- ugh). So I was excited to see how this mop did. I had steam mopped my floors approximately 36 hours prior to receiving this mop, but I immediately gave it a go.Very easy to set up and adjust. Put the pad on the mop and went to town. VERY easy to use. Loved that (just like norwex) the pad is bigger than the mop head, so the pad would fold up and clean the bottom of my baseboards as I went. The mop head did not flip like one review video showed; I had no issues with that. It slid under my stove with EASE (I'm sure that floor needed that!). Did very well with corners that my steam mop just pushes dirt into (this product actually pulled the pushed in dirt out). And while I didn't do all my floors, I did about 40% of them and when I pulled the pad off to rinse as instructed, it was visibly soiled (more so than I expected considering I'd just steam mopped!). It also removed a greasy film on a few areas of my floor that I didn't know where they came from.VERY pleased with this product. Would recommend!I went looking for a replacement Microfibre Mop to replace a good old (but now worn out) faithful and chose this, the E-cloth Deep Clean item.Now we've had several other E-cloth products and they've always done as advertised and so I took the plunge and went for this one only to discover it's made for short people ... let me explain.Nowhere could I find listed the length of the extendable handle and all the mops I've had previously, as well as those I can try out in person in the shops have been fine, where the length of said handle is concerned. So on faith I went for this one only to discover the Handle is shorter than the average mop by at least 12 inches!Not a problem if you under 5ft (I guess) but at 5ft 11' I'm finding this mop now causes me quite server back ache as to use it I have to stoop over a fair way and by the time I've finished mopping the whole house worth of floors I'm done!A simple solution given that the handle is in sections much like the tent poles of old, the addition of a single length would help and with this I attempted to contact the manufacture to see if I could buy such a part as other than the Short Handle the mop it's self does a good job.And so started my long wait where the manufacture was concerned! They have no listed phone number instead giving you the option to contact them using an online form. Well I tried that and heard nothing, so I then sent them messages via Facebook as well as Twitter, but still nothing ..... for just over SIX MONTHS!Out of the blue I receive an email simply say ... Thank you for purchasing one of our E-cloth Mops but unfortunately a handle extension is not available. Then words to the effect of 'why would there be as no one else has complained about it being too short'? .... Really?So, there you have it, it's a good Mop (head) and if your short is stature than the Handle will be fine for you, but be warned if you are taller and don't want backache perhaps look into employing one of the Seven Dwarfs [whilst out of work from the local Panto season?] .... and save your back?After a long search I’ve thought I’ve found best mop that could help with my busy life. The quality of the cloth is as expected, very good just as other products made by e-cloth but that is it. I dread to take it out every time when do my mopping. The mop head always flips up when you try to clean the floor, it doesn’t flip if you always mop in one direction with a minimal pressure on the mop, but this is just sweeping the floor and I have a brush for that purpose. Also you always have to bend to take the cloth off the mop and use both hands, you cant remove the cloth with your foot so either you have to bend between every rinse of the cloth or flip the entire mop upside down with all the dirt dropping on the floor. The swivel system on the mop head is not fit for purpose if you itnend to do proper floor cleaning. Although I didn’t have any issues with the breakage or malfunctioning of the item but would not buy this product again as its not fit for purpose.This is the second time I have purchased E-cloth Deep Clean Mop and unfortunately this time I have received a faulty handle which unable me to place a head mop. Also very disappointed that I cannot return the product.I rarely give 5 stars for any product but this deserves 5 stars. Quick and easy to use, it does a very good job. The slim mop head that swivels, enables the mop to get to places other mops can't. The telescopic handle makes it suitable for everyone, even my 8 year old grand-daughter can use it. It would be unreasonable to expect it to remove dried or hard to remove food, as I've never had a mop that can do that. I am very pleased with this mop.This mop is amazing! I wanted a mop that was quick and easy to clean my tiled kitchen and lino in the Sun Room, and it does a fantastic job! My floor was extremely dirty when the mop arrived and I thought I would have to do a deep clean with another wet mop then just use this for superficial dirt. But I thought I would give it a go on the tough trod-in dirt just to see if it stood the test and I couldn't believe it really did clean it super easily, no chemicals! Just wetting the cloth and sticking it back onto the mop, absolutely wonderful, and so easy and quick to use, I would recommend it to anyone! Well worth the money!
