Replaced the metal rack in the slow cooker. This leaves a white residue inside the pan. Never had this issue with the metal rack. Don't know if this is harmful???These work great for when my husband is baking chicken wings. I just wish it was easier to clean. The dishwasher doesn't clean them well and I have to scrub more than I would've thought for a silicone product. We do like them and use them, just not thrilled with the cleaning aspect of it.These are as pictured. I am a bit disappointed that they don't stack straight on top of each other. They are not quite as sturdy as the similar ones I have with flat rather than wavy surfaces. They do work as described.The racks came well packaged. I roasted a whole chicken breast last night. It came out perfectly delicious and moist. I used in a rectangle pyrex pan. Chicken and rice yesterday and a chicken sandwich for breakfast. Cant wait to use again.Wonderful product. I hesitated because I was looking for a Teflon rack, but this is far superior. Have used to roast a chicken, and to broil lamb chops. Going to purchase more as stocking stuffers.Received my cooling mats today, ahead of schedule. They are just what I expected. These have been on my wishlist for months now, and I can't wait to use them. The best part is definitely the storage. The mats stack on top of each other (so compact it looks like one mat), and then you just roll/fold them up and put them in your drawer. They don't hardly take up any space.I bought these to place our Thanksgiving turkey on while roasting. I’ve used them as trivets in the meantime. I know they’ll work great for roasting.I love these. They are very sturdy and just perfect for putting a roast on top of.
