Was blown away when I received these! Did not expect them to be in no-expanded form. So cool to put one in water and watch it "blossom" out! So enthralled with this I bought three more to give to my daughters and a friend! Oh! And it is a really good sponge, too.The expansion of this material when wet is nothing short of magic. I cut these while they were in their dry compressed state to fit in my soldering iron sponge holder. A word of caution: allow for expansion if you cut these to fit in a certain space. So far, they are working as expected.Love the fact they are thin until watered. So easy to store and great value for the money!These are just plain sponges.These are amazing, they come in little flat disks, great storage when you don't have a lot of space, and poof they turn into a sponge, amazing.I use these for my classroom as a art supply. I can easily cut and shape them to fit our needs.I bought these for a craft (they worked great) where I needed solid sponges with no alternate scrubbing surface. But the most thrilling part of this product was watching these sponges blow my nephew's mind as they expanded. Seriously some of the best toddler entertainment. They come in a crisp "wafer" of sponge and expand several times (10x or more) their original thickness.Best sponge used in recent years.These sponges come looking like playing cards because they are so thin and small, but when you add water they grow to the size of a normal kitchen sponge like the kind that used to be common in supermarkets but are recently hard to find.. I like these better than the scrubbing kind that are yellow on one side and green on the other because there is no danger of scratching my stone and porcelain surfaces. For the bathroom, these are ideal for cleaning sinks and tubs because they fit easily into my hand for manipulating into corners. The only time I would ever use anything larger would be to clean the floor on hands and knees or maybe for a large shower stall. For everyday cleaning these are great.They are perfect. I have the unused ones stored in a drawer, and pull them out as needed. So far I have only used two, one for acrylic paint clean up, and it has become stained, so I started a new one. The sponge is great, doesn't smear but actually mops up. The paint clean up sponge is perfect for kids to grab and wipe up spills without moving the paint around on the table. I love them.Fantastic product! They came compressed and dehydrated. It made it very easy to cut them into the size that I needed. I used them to make re-usable water bombs for my kids.I didn't get them for cleaning so can't rate them on that but for children to cut up into shapes and use for sponge painting. They work really well for that because they are thin until you get them wetThese are amazing for absorbing water.. they come super thing. I played a game with my kids and asked what it was lol they couldnt even guess. I got wood for an asnwer.. ?... anyway once i put water onnit my kods where shook ?... they couldnt believe it was a sponge lol worth the buy
