These are pretty simple items. It's just a thin sheet of plastic formed into a square pouch that you can place around a hand or foot for paraffin wraps. We use them in a spa setting a little differently. For our hand/foot/back treatments, we use these for the mud wrap step. We apply rose mud to the area and then wrap with these. We do some prep first and cut across one end so it will unfold into one flat plastic sheet. It's a little easier to work with that way. You can convert several at a time by holding them in a stack and using a sharp pair of scissors to carefully cut the sealed edge off.Even though these are thin and very pliable they are still durable and hold up well for a one-time use product. They are thicker than the plastic wrap you would use in the kitchen but still easy to handle and use to wrap things in. It can be hard to find these locally in spa supply stores and usually the price is a little better here on Amazon. We have tried other brands of these and while they are just fine, these are really the best overall.
