I only do not give it a 5 star because, I thought it would have more speed and or power!First thing I want to say is that I never take the time to write reviews like this, but I was so impressed with this that I felt obliged to share it with the world.So, I have always wanted to try a system like this, but never could bring myself to cough up the cash. The last few months, however, I’ve been struggling with sudden adult-onset cystic acne. Like, really really nasty, angry, red and painful breakouts all over my chin, mouth area and neck. I was beginning to begrudgingly call it my ‘zit beard’. I was trying every thing I could think of short of seeing a dermatologist or esthetician to no avail, then finally gave in and ordered this bad boy.First thing I noticed when I received it (much sooner then was estimated, mind you)was the packaging. It was really nice. Sounds like perhaps a strange thing to mention, but I’ve noticed in the past that the better quality the packaging, the better quality the product tends to be. Take Apple, for example. So was off to a good start. They also enclosed a coupon for me to use for my next brush replacements, which I thought was nice.It comes with everything you need except the facial cleanser/soap itself. I was able to pull it all out of the box and set it up in about 5 minutes without even consulting the instructions. It’s very intuitively designed. I also love how it looks on my sink. Very futuristic. I look like a rich now when guests use my upstairs bathroom. Win #1.So I immediately want to try it out even though I had washed my face already a little bit before that and wasn’t wearing any makeup and hadn’t done anything to make my face ‘dirty’....but I just had to see how it felt, and I was so excited to be basically be starring in my own episode of the Jetsons. So I give the ol’ mug a scrub with the regular, daily use brush attachment. I just splashed my face with a bit of warm water and put a little dollop of cleanser in the pool in the center of the brush(notably less than I usually need to get my whole face clean, by the way), and go to town. It is self-timed, so I just worked my way around my face with it until it stopped. It changed direction a few times too during the 1 minute washing, so I felt like it was really getting in there. The lather was nice, but definitely be wary of using too much moisture (you want you face or brush to be only slightly moist), I noticed when I used it initially on my soaking wet face and with a wet brush that soapy foam started spraying out in all different directions. So I never used that much water again and didn’t have an issue with soap suds flying out.So, the thing stops, my first wash has ended...then the craziest thing happened....I look down at the brush I had just used to wash my ‘clean’ face...and it was covered in makeup that my face wash left behind earlier that evening! It was a rude awakening as to how much dirt and residue must have been staying on my skin all the time. No wonder I started breaking out so badly. So that’s win #2!It’s been a couple of weeks now of me using it everyday, sometimes twice a day, and I am beyond thrilled to announce that my acne is almost totally dried out! My skin feels so smooth and soft, and I have noticeably less blackheads around my nose and forehead area too! My face feels SO CLEAN now, like I had never washed my face before this product came into my life. I LOVE IT and won’t go back to being a filthy dirty girl again. At least not in my pores. Love the sanitizing while charging feature. Easy to hold. I use mine in the shower typically and you can set it down on the top or the bottom and it doesn’t roll away. Does a really great job! Totally worth the money!Fácil de usarI bought this product around 2-3 weeks ago and I find that I am already seeing pretty great results. I can tell a big difference between using my hands and using this brush, and my face really shows it also!I bought this initially to help with my pores below my eyes and on my nose, along with the blackheads on my nose. I also wanted it to help with overall skin health of my face and acne on my forehead. I have combination skin and I usually have dry patrches on my cheeks.My regimen:I try to use the brush twice a day to ensure my face is nice and clean. I will use it in the morning on the sensitive setting and at night on the normal setting. First I start by adding a little bit of my cleanser to the brush, and then I lather my face with my hands to ensure I am getting the cleanser everywhere. I go and do the regular timed sessions around my face, but not my neck. Since I am worried about my pores and black heads I then go in again and work on just my nose and the pores to the side of my nose with a session. Then my last step is taking another session (always on normal setting) to go into my jawline and neck to clean my stubble well and make sure I don’t get any ingrown hairs.Now I will say this is just what works for me and your routine may need to be tweaked for your skin type and your skin concerns. I just know that when I hop out of the shower my skin is always nice and glowing. This, however, has not cleared up my dry skin patches, but I attribute the dry skin to my lack of water consumption.Tips:• use this in the shower or bent over the sink. The spinning does splatter cleanser around so you won’t want to be standing up at the sink.• Lather your face first because the brush does not lather very well. I use a non-soap foaming cleanser by aveeno for redness relief. Works great, but I always make sure to lather by hand first.• give it time it’s not magic, but it can work wonders.• when you’re finished to have your brush on a towel to make sure that it is 100% dry for your next use. (It will be clean and germ free from the Cleansing base no matter what though.)•Only use the exfoliating brush 2-3 times a week. It is a harder brush for sure so you don’t want to be stripping your skin too often.•DO NOT push down on your skin with the brush. The brush will do the work just move it along. Applying too much pressure will just hurt and damage your skin.•Sweep the brush over your skin, but go slow. You need to give the brush time to do it’s job so if you go too fast it won’t be as effective.If you’re skeptical maybe don’t buy it, but if you’re looking for a better way to clean your face this is a great option at an affordable price. Not only will it clean your skin, but unlike other competitors your brush will always be clean thanks to the cleaning base.I wanted so badly for this to replace my beloved Clarisonic face cleaner and it did not. It spins in circles not pulsating like the Clarisonic and it doesn’t have the light on the inside to fight bacteria like it is advertised to do— maybe mine is defective or maybe it only comes on some times— I haven’t figured that out yet. But either way, it cleans my face fine just not what I was looking for.UPDATE: Received email from customer service today. Had to provide proof of purchase and a photo of the bottom of the machine and with in a few hours had another email with the replacement coming.Purchased this on January 18, 2022 and have been using it twice daily since I received it. Used it yesterday morning and last night it would not come on. Yes, It was charging.Called and emailed the company with a message let's see how good their warranty and customer service is. It has a 2 year warranty. I will call at 9 when they open and see if I can reach a person. Other than that I love the machine and want it to work use it twice a day. I will update once I talk to customer service.I love that it cleans and dries itself! Cool looking on the counter too. Kinda like r2-d2 from star wars loldecent facial brush but it does NOT fully dry the brush its always wet when I go to use it the next day. Blue light only goes on when the unit is plugged in. When I use it with my face wash no matter how much i use it spins my face wash everywhere in the mirror and the wall when its on the lowest spin. Overall I would not reccomend this over other facial brushes .I love this. I use it as a second wash on days I’m wearing makeup but I have had it for more than a year and it is working perfectly. It looks good and I like that it dries the brush. Absolutely recommend.Don’t waste your money on this. It’s ridiculously expensive but the charger will fail after a year of light use maximum. Unfortunately I didn’t seek warranty to replace it during this time, nor is there an option to purchase the charger separately. Such a wasteI loved using this, it made my skin feel so clean... however, it only lasted 3 days until the base suddenly stopped working. I'm not sure if I got a faulty unit, but it is definitely not worth the price if it stops working after 3 days.The brush cleans pretty well, however I had to stop using it as it left a yellow stain on my bathroom counter! Nothing gets it off. So, It now is in the cupboard with my other "fail" beauty gadgets... this was a rather expensive "fail"
