Not my usual brand, but I bought it because my grandmother used only Palmolive.One of my favorite dishwashing detergents.Washing kitchen ware and large dishes. Good product.One of the most powerful liquid dish detergent on the market. A thimble full does na sink full of dirty dishes. I'm a repeat customer.great product, delivered on timeNot olive oil despite name and color. But I found out it does very well at clearing oil off surfaces, so I use it for washing dishes now. Just dont add it to your food or you will regret it!I love Palmolive Ultra dish liquid - it does a fabulous job on the dishes, cutting through even baked on grease and grime, and the bubbles last and last!It smells lovely, and it leaves my hands soft, not red and sore like another liquid did that I was using before Palmolive. I'm really impressed! I also use it to wipe down the stove and counter tops and it quickly cleans up grime and grease stains from them as well.I have also used it for spot cleaning grease marks out of laundry, and for marks on my husband's shirt collars - it really works! Just rub a few drops onto the soiled area after wetting with water, and give it a gentle rub. Leave it sit a few minutes and throw in the wash with your normal detergent - those grease marks will shift!So not only do I get clean and sparkling dishes from this liquid, it helps with the kitchen and laundry too (and, I notice how much cleaner and sparklier my wedding and engagement rings are after doing the dishes, so it helps clean them too!). A versatile cleaning liquid I will be buying again :)OK, I know its weird to review dishwashing soap....I grew up with "Madge" saying "You're soaking in it!" on Palmolive commercials in the 1970s and 1980s. Long ago forgotten. I had been using organic liquid forever, thinking I was doing the great thing. I ran out of the soap, and had to run to the market and get something off the shelf, and bought Palmolive. I was washing dishes 3x a day, and my hands were getting a bit chapped. So what, the "dish duty" was temporary, so I thought little of it -- thought "dishpan hands" were just part of the breaks of washing dishes so often throughout the day. Without even thinking about it.... after using Palmolive for only a few days, my dishpan hands disappeared. OMG, the commercials of decades ago were right!I'm buying this stuff from now on...Madge was right!I usually buy Dawn soap for my home, since I find it cuts through the greasy film food containers sometimes gets, but I bought Palmolive for our work kitchen since we usually only have to wash plates, utensils and mugs, plus Palmolive is substantially cheaper than Dawn. This soap does an excellent job of cleaning all of our dishes without requiring too much soap to be used, and it's gentle on hands too.A good price, on name-brand dishwashing liquid, delivered right to my door. If you like Palmolive Original, it's a great option. If you don't, well, my review isn't going to change your mind.I'm not a big fan of this brand. It is not as economical as other brands that I've used. You need twice the amount to clean dishes. So, unless the price goes down by half, it isn't worth the money. Also the scents aren't really nice and refreshing as other brands. I'll go back to my other brand for now.It gets the job done at a great price. It's not as good as powerful as Dawn 2X concentrate, but it's definitely better value at about 70% the performance.I find this to be the best Palmolive dish soap they make, it definitely smells better then the rest of the product line and truly does a great job with dirty/greasy dishes without drying out your hands.
