I LOVE the temperature control I have with this warmer. My wax is always a perfect consistency.If I could leave 0 stars I would!Don’t waste your money. I bought this item in May, but July 1st it would no longer heat up, didn’t even have this item 2 months. Contacted seller and they only have a 30 day return policy, they would not even help me at all with their obviously defective product! Not very good customer service if you ask me! I just wanted a replacement, no refund and they refused to help! Do not buy from this seller! Very unhappy with this whole thing, it’s not like I paid 5 bucks for this.I ordered this item as a gift for my niece. I expected to receive a new brand new item. As a result, I received a used item, rusty and dirty item. As a result, the niece's birthday was ruined. Now I have to find time in my schedule and go to the post office to return this item. The kit works very well, but the wax is really gooey - more so than I expected. It appears to be a different kind of wax than is used at my hair stylist's salon.This is your nail salon/spa quality wax pot!I purchased it thru one of the beauty supply stores and paid over $100.Amazon has a great deal on price on this wax pot and once you own it, all you need to get is the wax itself which last you long long time!It is worth your money, for sure!Now all my friends own the same wax pot!Great quality for occasional home use. Heats up very fast, has a small rail to wipe off excess wax. I paid less then $20 for this is it is superior to one I previously owned that was over $60.
