Easy to install, and works well. The water doesn’t have pressure coming out of the shower head. It’s more like rain shower.This shower head work great! The water flow much faster I love the fact that it come with a hose so I can transfer it whenever I need. It also come with a filter. I've it.I was so happy but then disappointed that the weight of the handle is not supported by the ball that allows adjustment..you cannot use the filter without the ball swivel, so I expected it to have enough strength since it was designed for eachother. I tried removing the ball swivel Part it won't come off. In the picture, that's how it hangs. Can't change it. I screwed the pieces on tight. No leaks. I would return it but my mom doesn't care so I moved it to her shower and I have a filter that is in the handle instead.I'd love to give this a great review because we do love this shower head. However, there are no replacement filters for it so not sure if I'd buy the same one again. If they make replacement filters I'd for sure get one for our other bathroom.The showerhead does not fit in the holder and falls down constantly.We have hard water an not the best water pressure so shower head shopping is literally a nightmare. So far this one is doing ok, best one out of the 5 I purchased in 2021, even beats out some of the more expensive brands.This shower filter had made a big difference in our family. Our hair and skin feels so soft and clean it's amazing.. didn't realize how harming all the chemicals in our water could be to our bodyThis is not as expected,Definitely not for the price I paid
