I got this for 92-year-old mom who was having trouble breathing. The higher wedge I had on hand was not comfortable. She loves this lower wedge and doesn't slide down on it. The memory foam makes it softer than the standard wedges. The cover is very attractive. I did not give it 5 stars because I received a used one with a soiled cover. But I washed the cover and it looked brand new.This product was very nice and very soft, but the zipper was very cheap and broke pretty quick.This product stopped my snoring. My husband raves about this pillowNot sure what the negative reviews are about. The color is exactly as shown in the photos (dark brown — my photo came out lighter than it is). It fits the Extreme Comforts pillow perfectly. The fabric is soft. 4 stars because the fabric is a little thin and you can see where I cut off the white tag. Bottom line: does the job.It's microfiber. Cheap stuff. I'm disappointed.This pillow does do the job with helping to alleviate congestion, coughing and acid reflux to a great degree! The issue is that memory foam generally lets off an odor and the pillow needs to be aired outdoors. I also applied baking soda and air freshener and these methods did appear to work! I would still recommend buying as the pillow does do the job!It was easy touse on the bedThe zipper is coming off the pillowcase after one wash. Not happy with this!
