Giving it 5 stars because I’m sure it would work amazingly, if only I could use it. Bought this excited for it to help keep my pool balanced. I’d purchased the Orca Filter last year when there were the Intex shortages & prices were through the roof. Unfortunately the center of this Orca filter is not smooth, it has unnecessary plastic pieces that stick out from the inner edges not allowing for this cartridge to slide down inside to fit. Very disappointing Orca. ?Does not decrease chlorine needed, if anything it caused chlorine use to increase. I found no benefit. Stick to the Frog!You get a of them in in this package. I don’t 100% understand the science behind this but I think it’s doing something and I seem to be using less chlorine. It was easy to put inside of my pool filters and if using four at a time- One inside each of my filters. The sticks themselves are high-quality plastic and you can see the minerals through tiny slits.I installed it in our stock tank pool and I honestly can't tell if it works! The second we ran out of chlorine our pool turned SUPER cloudy. I thought it was worth a shot, but I haven't really noticed a difference.I don't I don't know why it just workedEasy to install .. Happy with the outcome so far. We have not had to add any additional chemicals since installing it. Great find! Highly recommend!Takes 2 minutes to install and fits perfectly. No hassle and it makes my pool water amazingly clear and clean. This is a must!Install is very easy, it just screws into the pump top. Doesn't hinder the pumps water flow at all. Just installed it today, so I'll have to come back to update on it's performance, but so far, so good!
