Love these chairs. We got them for our little conference area in the office and they look wonderful, especially when paired with Brightech - Emma Tripod Floor Lamp.A little difficult to put together, but they turned out great. I can't really afford the real deal but these are lovely. They are a true white with wooden legs and black metal brackets. Very easy to assemble just unpack, unwrap and screw the pre assembled legs into the base of the seat. They package these really well, both chairs fit on one box. I'm a fairly big person and they are still very confortable and can hold 300+ lbs according to the manufacturer.I received this product for free or at a promotional discount for my honest review. I have been in no way pressured to give a positive review and the above is 100% my own opinions. This review accurately reflects my views on this product and any 4 or 5 star product means that I would recommend it to both my friends and family as well as purchase it at full price. They arrived quickly in one box, which was surprising given that these are full sized chairs-- just packaged very efficiently with bubble wrap. The assembly took about 5 minutes per chair and came with extra screws (which i'll save just in case) and a wrench. The only assembly required was just screwing the base to the seats ( the base/legs are already pre-assembled).The white plastic is a true white (not yellowed in any way) and feels really nice to the touch. Should be really easy to wipe clean. They are sturdy, but not too heavy. The wood on the legs is smooth and has a very light clear varnish on them. I have never owned an authentic eames product to compare these to, but I'd say they're definitely nice chairs and a good value for the price.
