the box was broken and the wipes were loose in the envelope. I didn't realize that one had fallen out of the envelope as I was reaching into it. The wipe fell where I couldn't see it, so I thought there were only 19. I wrote that in a review, but I found the wipe later, it had fallen behind a box.These wipes are great for travel. They are thick and soaked with witch hazel so you can squeeze off any excess. I’ve had them for months and they still haven’t dried out.These are great for facial wipes or more personal wipes if needed. The packet makes these great for travel, and I’ve never had one dry out (I found one from six years ago and it was still fresh and moist like new). As a guy, I love that these do not pill up or leave fuzz on beard stubble. I love these to freshen the face, reduce some shine without stripping/drying the skin, and to calm redness or irritation. This is a simple idea, yet an amazingly useful invention.Been using Dickinson's Witch Hazel, for years. I have really sensitive skin, and it doesn't dry it out. The towelettes are a perfect size and texture, to cleanse my face with. Perfect for travel as well.Ended up really liking these little wipes. They’re a good size so you have enough to wipe your face/neck/chest. I didn’t try to remove makeup with them so unsure how they would do with that. But they didn’t dry out my skin and they did feel refreshing.Yes these are single use with extra packaging but works perfectly for my travel case. I don’t use them at home but save them for when on the road.I like how refreshing these are. When traveling and working where there is no AC in the summer, you get sweaty. These are a great pick me up, wipe off your face and cools and refreshes. Easy to carry with you.The wipes are fine but I had to repackage them into something else because the box was so beaten up that it was crumpled, ripped, and torn. It was delivered in a bag.Like this product. The sheets are large and very well moistened so you only need to use one for effective cleansing.
