It was a bit difficult to install but is a great seat. I am replacing all the ones in my house now with it. I know I am getting old when I get excited over a toilet seat!!!I would buy this toilet seat for all of my toilets and highly recommend it. It closes nice and slow with no more slamming. The slow-closing feature means you never again have to hear the toilet seat bang. In fact, at first it was TOO tight, but has loosened to just the right tension on its own.
