This is a handy little panini maker or grilled cheese maker. You have to understand it makes extremely thin sandwiches. The compression feature doesn't allow for much room. So I recommend getting thin bread and don't expect to be able to put a lot of toppings on your bread either.That haven't been said, I use it probably three or four times a week. It is so easy. Just place my bread in there with some cheese and a minimal amount of toppings and close the lid.I wish there were a power switch on this. However, I guess it's okay that it automatically starts working. When it is through cooking the red light turns off in the green light stays on. That tells you that your sandwich is ready.Although honestly, after I have used it a few times I know exactly when it is perfectly made for me so I don't really pay attention to the green or red lights.Recommended if you want to make some really thinly pressed grilled cheese or other types of sandwiches. It works great for tortilla wraps because they are so thin.
