This is a great product. The urinal is made of softer plastic. The edges of the urinal mouse are folded making very nice smooth and safe to use. Very easy to use in bed. You do need to have some kind of soft mattress, so the urinal can be pressed down while in use. Cleaning is not a problem; you need to use a little bit of water to rinse it. This is a great product and helped my loved one with urination in bed. Strongly recommend.
