They save so much time, are so easy to use & clean.In the description it says 13.5 inch however, in the dimension chart is says 12 inch. Therefore these are smaller than I wanted. I thought I was getting the 13.5 inch.I ordered theses screen trays a few years ago and am absolutely thrilled with them. The ones I just ordered seem to be made of a much less quality material. The screen is not as sturdy, they stain easily and does not clean well. Also, the screening in some areas appears to be melting together and even warped. My dehydrator is one temp only and my older screens are in perfect condition. They do get the job done, but I am disappointed that such a respected company dropped the ball on quality control.I ordered these by mistake. I wanted the solid disks for making fruit leather - obviously I was not paying enough attention. Rather than return them I decided to use them. I would not have paid that much for the product - they were a bit expensive when I can just use the regular tray, but I do enjoy them. I dried racks of dill. These trays definitely made removal of the dried dill easier because they can be bent/curved and the dried herb drop off easily.Very useful for sticky fruit or small herbs that would normally fall through the bigger spaces of the standard trays. These screens can be flexed to remove stuck-on items.May require a good soak and scrub to get little tidbits out if you dehydrated something sticky on these trays.je voulais avoir plus d'étages utilisées en même temps sur mon deshydrateur ....Je trouve que c'est un peu dispendieux pour l'épaisseur mais ils ont le monopole si on veut que ca s'ajuste bien a notre machine!Have only used them to make beef jerky so far. They are easy to clean and help prevent the jerky from sticking to the trays but I don't know if it is really needed. Maybe if you are making something stickier it will be much more needed and appreciated. They work as advertised and I have no problems or complaints about them.
