So versatile! These are a great size. There are just two of us most of the time and these pans are great for so many things. I have purchased both the stainless steel and the aluminum versions, both are 5 stars.These pans do not warp. They are great for sheet pan dinners, putting under a hunk of meat to defrost in the refrigerator, prepping appetizers for a party. Baking anything.I make my own pizza dough in batches. I form them to fit in these pans and bake them for 5 minutes after the second rise. I space them between layers of parchment paper. One of these baking sheets (for dough support and to inhibit breakage) and five pizza doughs fit perfectly in a 2 gallon zipper bag.Very easy to clean. Fits easily in dishwasher. My aluminum ones have not discolored in the dishwasher.I use the pans constantly in the refrigerator(s), freezer and camper and just ordered two more pairs. I think I'm up to 8 or 10 pans now. Very happy.
