I went back and read some more reviews and discovered that if you push and hold the power button so that the device completely shuts down (won't vibrate if you just tap the button quick),and then push and hold it again, it takes it out of whatever mode it was in and the battery life is MUCH better!!***This seemed so amazing, and could be... If they fix the battery life. I don't even mind that the loofah attachment is a bit smaller or that the attachments sometimes pop off while I'm scrubbing away. I charged it the first time for an hour and it lasted roughly 3-5minutes (while interchanging heads). I charged it for 24 hrs the next time and it lasted 3-5 minutes again. I didn't have a timer going so the minutes could be off but either way, something that is advertising it's an exfoliator, body washer and massager should last MUCH longer. I'm so disappointed because I wanted to love this.
