Somewhere between ginger and soap.Installation/setup: Use in shower as normal soap. .Final thoughts: The soap is pleasing to look at, the scent is mild, but the lather is minimal. The soap rinses clean without a residue. No reaction to my skin. I can’t say the soap works for slimming after only one use, but I will update if I see any change.⭐️1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality.⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or a very high price.⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality-price ratio is ok.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.I didn't get this soap for the bogus claims of weight loss and improving lymphatic drainage. I got it because I wanted a nice ginger smelling soap. And I know my ginger having eaten it all my life, and even just having soup with ginger and literally eating big chunks of it for dinner. So....It's packaged very nicely in a plastic wrap enclosed in a small square box. The soap itself is cut well and perfectly square. The outside texture feels good to hold in your hand, more than many other soaps. It doesn't really smell like ginger, though. It lathers well and cleans well, but again no ginger smell. It smells a little different from regular Dial bar soap, but mostly like a regular bar soap of some kind.So considering the price for two small squares of soap, and the inflated claims, it's hard to give this more than 3 stars. It is good regular soap.This bar of soap is pretty small (see my photo) and has a strong lemon/citrus scent (not ginger) but I do like the smell. I also like that it has natural ingredients.It lathers well and feels smooth and silky. There is definitely a creamy feel to it, which is nice.I don't expect it to last long if used every day, as it is small.Claims to be "slimming" but I don't understand how a soap can make you slim. If I notice myself getting slimmer, I promise to update!I don't think I will order it again - nothing special.This ginger bar soap from Reviglam case a two pack. To me the soap doesn't really have much of a ginger scent at all. It doesn't smell bad and it's not overpowering. The soap doesn't lather up a whole lot whe n used but it does leave me clean feeling. I would personally prefer better lather. I like bar soap and enjoy trying different ones, this one is okay but I seriously doubt that it will make me loose weight. But I will say that this soap is very moisturizing to me.First off, I was pretty disappointed when I saw how small these soaps are. Like tiny small. I was not very happy when I started using it and was thinking the claims on the packaging were a joke. But, wow! The ginger in this does something! I turned my shower off to lather up and let the soap stay on for a minute before rinsing off. My body immediately broke out in goose bumps even though my shower was warm. For the next 30 minutes my skin was tingling. Especially my feet. I am pretty sure this won't "slim" me down any, but the ginger definitely penetrated my skin. I know enough about ginger to know that it is an activating herb and gets your blood moving. Ginger tea always makes me sweat. Well, looks like using externally has an effect too. The soap is pricy, but I'm glad I gave it a try. I will update if I unexpectedly slim down any before the bar is gone.I have to start by saying I can by no means verify the quasi-medical claims of this soap. I have no idea whether it actually helps you lose weight, and I’m not even sure what lymphatic drainage is.That being said, as somebody who has made soap and who loves bar soap, this is very good soap. It’s a pleasant and mild blend of some unusual soap ingredients, that makes for a low lather yet very cleansing soap. Interestingly, I was about to rinse, noticed that my face was warm, wet, and lubricated, and decided to slip in a shave. It actually made for a better job than my regular shaving cream, which was a nice plus. Face wash combined with shave will end up being the purpose of this soap for me.This soap definitely cleaned my body. After application my skin felt dry, clean, and stripped aven though I was still in the shower. It makes me think of a car that has been treated with clay bar before cleaning and polishing. The effect of the soap was like a clay bar to a car. Even the soak cake feels different than usual soap. It doesn't really have any smell. The soap clean just fine so here's to hope for the weight loss claim.This soap has excellent ingredients like coconut oil, olive oil, ginger and glycerine. It can be used as a shampoo or face/body soap. It has a somewhat sharp, almost medicinal gingery scent. I am enjoying using it and if it has slimming/detox effects that will be a nice bonus :-)
