This is a mild facial cleanser that I use in the shower (I use a separate one at night). It does the job as far as gently cleansing my face with no irritation. I will continue to use this until it's gone but I wouldn't purchase in the future because I don't like the scent at all. And normally that wouldn't be a priority, but in this case it's really off-putting. The glass bottle is super cute, just don't drop it on a hard surface, or your toes!I wanted to like this cleanser because of its clean ingredients, but after each use my face felt dry and even scaly in some areas. If you have extra oily skin this might be a good option for you, but I wouldn't recommend it for normal skin.I was really hoping to like this cleanser because the bottle and colors are so cute. It looks like a sunset. But the scent really put me off, I am not crazy with citrus scents and a fake citrus scent is even worse. The scent is very off-putting to me and kind of made me sick to the stomach when I used it so I had to stop. As for the cleansing power, it's a very mild cleanser. So if you are just using it just to wash your face in the morning with no makeup on, then it works great. However, if you have makeup on, then this cleanser is not powerful enough to remove the makeup completely and you will need to wash your face again.This is a pretty expensive product so I was hoping it would smell better. I’m not a huge fan of the smell but it is sensitive and works nice on my skin. Your skin has to be wet for the product to work, so I typically use it in the shower. My face feels clean but is left with an odd smell.It claims that the scent is made with essential oils but I don't find it pleasant, it's alright.I like this cleansing gel as it removes my makeup without drying out my skin. I do wish it smelt a little better, i can't really put a name to the smell, maybe kinda floral with a hint of lemon? it doesn't leather very well but does do its job.This is a first for me from this brand. I didn’t know what to expect. It cleans and removes makeup nice. I had two do 3 washes but I use strong makeup and setting mists so that’s not unusual for me. It doesn’t lather so if you like a good foam this won’t be for you. The smell was my issue. Almost like lemon air freshener?? I like more natural smells or fresh smells by my face.
