This leash is great for puppies and dogs that chew their leashes. It's not the most comfortable, but I had a dog chew through 3 leashes while walking him. I highly recommend this for anyone with a puppy or an exscape artist of a dog. I did find taking out the hard black plastic thing in the handle made it more comfortable to control. I do not recommend this item at all. It will hang in my closet forever to remind me that I need to hold things in a store before I buy them.It’s an ok leash, but if you have a pup that could bit at it a bit, don’t buy it. The rubber will shred. Our dog barely bit it while we were leash training and it ripped halfway through.Purchased to replace our 6' ultra hund dog leash. Price is cheaper then the 4' ultra hund one and I love that's it made in Canada. If you haven't used one these waterproof non-nylon leashes I suggest everyone try them. They're great! Our dogs even have the collars. Easy to clean and they don't stink or get dirty like nylon / leather leash.My dog managed to snap the leash when he bolted from a very loud sound, that was after 10 months use. It’s over all a good product and the new one doesn’t stretch.Way better control, less tension, and I actually prefer the shorter leash for my dog. I would buy this again.
