Love this and coming back to buy another one and can’t believe what other reviewer said about “too much play”.I believe they just didn’t follow instructions and issue could be they just didn’t tighten Bolts enough! The bottom line is unlike other toilet seats, this model does NOT stain and take on the color of common toilet disenfectants and that makes my return to purchase again a no brainer.
