All of these higher faucets with the sprayer inside the head are convenient and take less counter space. After putting in a new countertop with an undermount sink we choose this faucet to use. The plumber installed it without problems other than it took a second person, myself, to hold the faucet straight while he tightened the fitting below to secure it to the countertop. Unsure how he could have done it by himself. The higher faucet head is nice but somewhat unnecessary as it sets almost too high above the sink and it's easier to splash water outside the sink. The faucet head also will rotate 360 degrees. It would be nice if there were stops to prevent it from going past the sink and backsplash. We didn't see any demo or instruction on how to use the faucet and found that when the on off lever is straight up that is hot water, and pulling the lever forward is cold water. It's more difficult to turn on when in the cold water position and not putting the water on your arm.The sprayer is easy to switch from a stream to spray with pushing a trigger below the faucet head. The trigger does have a forward spray position and then pushing the trigger toward the back puts it back to a stream. It's a nice faucet. All of these more expensive faucets are nice. But I think we might choose one that is a little closer to the sink the next time.I needed a faucet as the original suddenly stopped working. Installation was not difficult but somewhat unique as a special wrench (supplied) was needed. Better know where that dedicated wrench is 20 years from now when it needs replacement. Operates easily, although the location of the handle is a bit awkward as it is on the right side. Great if you have something in your left hand but awkward if your right hand is occupied. The nozzle pulls out and slides back nicely thanks to the weight below pulling the hose back into place. No, it was not designed to simply retract if you let go. You do need to put it back with the help of the weight and a locating pin. Hot is with the handle pointing up, cold, down. Off when handle is folded towards the faucet body, on, away from faucet body. I like one handle faucets to default to cold side but on this model, we tend to leave it on hot when in the off position. Does that mean we will use more hot water, more energy consumption? Any these are deviations from former standards and not very important. But enough to take a star away. You could mount the handle on the left side but it’s even more counter-intuitive especially if you’re right handed. It works fine and will probably last 20 years like my last Moen faucet.I have had this for a couple years now and I do like this faucet. I remodeled my small kitchen and all of the Faucet choices were huge. I have a small kitchen so I didn’t want a humongous one but wanted it functional and not too expensive. It works out well for my kitchen and looks good. I’ve not had any problems with it so far going on year two.Purchased this faucet for installation with new granite and "D" sink. I had limitations as I only have 16.5 inch clearance from counter to cabinet. This SEVERELY limited my wife and my choice for a pull out faucet. We originally loved the ARBOR pull DOWN but they were all too tall.We chose this over the Grohe as the their oil rubbed bronze finish looks almost matte black. Also the grohe metal hose is VERY noisyAs for this faucet, honestly I was very pleasantly surprised. Has the quality I expect from Moen. The look is very nice and it is very well made. The 1.5 GPM flow I consider a plus as the stream and spray do not splash all over the place. Pull out function is smooth and works well. Most importantly my wife likes it and she is a VERY discriminating buyer.Follow up December 2014:The faucet has performed beautifully since installed. No leaks, pullout reliable, and is not loose or dangling.A few days ago I went to pull out the spray head and the whole spout became disconnected from the base of the faucet- not supposed to happen. I was able to screw the spout back in to some extent.Next morning, I called MOEN with my product information. Within minutes the service rep determined that this was not a repairable issue (the parts in question were not available seperately)and she promptly said she would be sending an entire new faucet Fedex to my home. This is one reason why I have several MOEN products in my home. Not only are they well made (this one was probably a manufacturing defect- happens) but MOEN ALWAYS stands behind their products. They send me parts for 20 year old faucets still under lifetime warranty!!The fact that this particular faucet failed after about a year is unusual, but more importantly the manufacturer stood behind the product. We had an "UPC" faucet installed almost 20 years ago. The cartridge has gone bad and started to drip when shut off. I could not find any replacement cartridge for that "UPC" brand faucet, so I bought this item. They are similar in design.Removing the old faucet took more time than installing the new old. I have the WREOW (8 in 1)Faucet and Wrench tool, so removing the locking nut was not that difficult. I still have to crawl and jam myself under the sink, but other than having to deal with the the tight space and uncomfortable position, it was not that bad. The new faucet came with its own version of the faucet wrench, but I did not use it.A note about the quick connect pull out, I thought was a marketing gimmick, it is very nice. Not having to tighten another nut under the sink, is really nice. Much nicer than it sounds, especially after having to work under the sink to remove the old faucet. Anything to make the installation faster is really appreciated. The faucet has a "precise" feeling to its operation. Not sure why that word came to mind, but that's how I feel when operating the faucet and the spread/flow button on the pull out handle.Overall, I think this is a great product. Easy to install and works well.Excellent robinet. This is a beautiful faucet. There is some gorgeous details in the head. Little flecks, not just solid. Works great, love that I can pull out the head and the buttons are underneath where your fingers are to turn on spray or solid. Matches beautifully with the Blanco cafe granite sink we purchased.Je trouve le produit excellent , par contre l emballage devrait être scellé , mon emballage avait l air d avoir été ouvert souvent , j espère qu il ne manque pas de pièceGreat faucet. Very happy with it. Exactly what I expected. It's been installed for over 6 months and no issues whatsoever. And it looks great.Installation was easy and the faucet works very well. I like the spray feature and the long hose that reaches the stove and therefore able to fill pots with water with no need for a separate "pot filler" . Looks good and the handle and pull-put sprayer operate very smoothly and easily with a light touch.
