The mop itself SUCKS! The sprayer does not work correctly. The cleaner works well as does the mop heads.Absolutely rubbish, the mop is useless, it leaks the solution all over. The solution itself is also rubbish. I get better results with a bit of star drops solution that costs a fraction of this. All scratches are still just as visable after as they were before. I would definitely not reccomed this to a friendBought this to revive tired and scuffed engineered flooring. It made no difference whatsoever, despite two of us having a go.
