We loved this vaccuum from the moment we pushed start. I'm a busy mom with a kid and a cat. I thought my floors were decently clean until I got this vacuum that we've nicknamed Beetle Bop. It picks up more dirt on my carpet than my two upright vacuum cleaners. I think this is in part because it goes places I normally can't reach without rearranging all my furniture. But I also think the rotating brushes are just more effective than my uprights'. The only con is that this vacuum will make a beeline for any cord you accidentally leave on the floor. After monitoring it the first few runs I was able to permanently remove obstacles and cords that I didn't anticipate would be a problem. Now I run it twice a day without having to monitor it.The only other minor con is the random cleaning pattern. You will drive yourself crazy if you sit there watching it waiting for it to pick up the one speck of dirt you can see in the middle of the floor. But I promise you if you walk away and give it an hour or so it will hit every spot. So not really a con, you just have to adjust your expectations. It is pretty quiet on carpet but a bit noisier on hardwood and tile floors but still not bad. We run it around bedtime and are able to ignore it. We are very pleased with its performance so far and are now completely sold on the necessity of robot vacuums - especially if you have a pet. Also my cat loves following this vacuum around (i.e. supervising it) but she runs from my uprights.I havent needed to pick up a broom since we started using this vacuume!!!! Great for baby crumbs around the house. Picks up big pieces of food that our little one drops on the floor. Make sure you switch out the mop bin to the dust bin when it first arrives or else it wont be sucking up anything and you'll think it doesnt work. It goes right up and over our area rug with ease and seems to navigate around the house well. I havent tested out the mop yet so I cant give it 5 stars and she, we call her Rosie, gets stuck sometimes on items that are about 1inch off the floor. For example our bedroom has a tall floor fan and she rides up on the base but cant get off. Not a problem though bc she beeps to let you know she needs help. Battery life is great. I had her on for over 2 hrs and she was still going. I would definitely recommend this vacuum to everyone. Its amazing.Buyer Beware!! This iLife V7s vacuum model has been discontinued through iLife, but there are still other sellers (like this one) that are still selling it. I was told by a customer service representative at iLife that this model was discontinued because it has issues and does not last long. I purchased mine in Feb 2018 and it stopped working in June 2018. If I spend $200+ on something, I expect it to last more than 5 months. Currently, the robot will turn on and it scoots out a little bit from the charging station and then it errors out. It will give 4 beeps and then pause and then give 3 more beeps. I have gone through trouble shooting since the different beeps mean different things, but everything is cleaned out and it still does not work. iLife will not repair it since it is discontinued and they can no longer get the parts. iLife also will not refund my money since I purchased it on Amazon through "Advanced Teo Sales". I have submitted a return/refund request through Amazon/Advanced Teo Sales. So, we will see what they do since this product has a warranty on it. From what I understand, iLife has some really good robots, but the V7s is not one of them.This thing is great. Very quiet and the battery is sufficient for my needs. I cleaned and steam mopped the day before and this little guy-now named "pickles" found every nook, cranny, and stray hair that I missed. Have not tried the wet mop function yet, I hope it works better than the way it is described. Basically the water seeps out and the mop pad smears it around from what the manual says. We will see! Fyi I have hardwood floors. The only negative comments I would have would be about the unit getting stuck on electrical cords and any thresholds that are sticking up too far. I almost would say to block off one room at a time, pick up cords, big rugs, and anything else you want to clean under or behind for best results and let it go to town for an hour or so per room.This does not like going on our carpet in the living room, on occasion it gets stuck in corners, can't find it's way homeThe vacuum does an amazing job. Taking one star off because the vacuum can never find it's home and will end up dying. Also, it does have an issue transitioning from hardwood to carpet, but only randomly. These two issues do not bother me. The vacuum does an amazing job. My floors have never been cleaner. Also, I have ran the mop once and it did a great job as well. Would highly recommend this product.Buongiorno, voglio rivolgermi a tutte quelle persone che sono titubanti o diffidenti all'acquisto di questo magnifico robot! Per me è stato un grande aiuto visto che lavoro tante ore al giorno e ho un cane, per la precisione un cocker spaniel e chi come me ha questa razza può capirmi e sa quante cose raccolgono con le loro frange e quanto sporco entra in casa con le loro zampotte pelose! Ovviamente non aspettatevi che faccia il lavoro del mocho, ma comunque aspira passando più volte nelle stanze (non fa una mappatura della casa, ma gira a casaccio fino a che non si scarica e per me che abito in una casa di 70 mq è più che sufficiente). Ha una vaschetta per raccogliere la polvere, e una con l'acqua, e le due si cambiano a seconda di come si vuole pulire (non può aspirare e lavare contemporaneamente). La vaschetta della polvere va svuotata dopo ogni utilizzo e per quando si vuole lavare il pavimento bisogna montare un pezzo in plastica sul fondo insieme ad un panno, che io bagno e strizzo e aggiungo un po' (poco) di detersivo, anche in questo caso il robot passa più e più volte l'appartamento strisciando il panno a terra! io sono molto soddisfatta! Lo consiglierei a tutti!! l'ho acquistato da poco quindi non so darvi informazioni sulla durata di vita !Dopo una valutazione abbiamo deciso di acquistare l'Ilife V7s per l'opzione di lavaggio.Allora, come utilizzo da aspiratore direi ottimo! Non ha la mappatura della stanza e va a random, comunque il suo lavoro devo dire che lo fa bene.Nel corso della pulizia non abbiamo notato grossi buchi. Attenzione con i tappeti: se in casa ci sono tappeti pesanti non danno nessun tipo di problema. Quelli leggeri (ad esempio quelli da bagno) lo frenano e non riesce più a muoversi perché si attorciglia.Come altri hanno detto, gli angoli non riesce a farli, ma quello lo sapevo.Per il discorso LAVAGGIO, non immaginatevi di avere una donna delle pulizie. Il passaggio da aspiratore a lavaggio è molto semplice. ATTENZIONE: il panno va bagnato prima di essere utilizzato!!!!Questa modalità non fa miracoli. Non avendo pressione non riesce a pulire a fondo e a rimuovere le macchie più toste. Diciamo che è un piccolo aiuto.Comunque ci riteniamo soddisfatti dell'acquisto e lo consigliamo.COMPRATO A NOVEMBRE 2019. DIFFIDATE DALL'ACQUISTO DI QUESTO PRODOTTO. Delusa da tutti i frontiDIFETTO: non gira più ibero per la casa... da un breve tratto di una decina di cm poi si blocca e cambia direzione... va avanti 10 cm, si blocca e cambia direzione..... in più non torna ovviamente nemmeno alla base!!!MERAVIGLIOSA CREATURA DELLA TECNOLOGIA!!!Aspira dappertutto senza un ordine a linee parallele, ma ad incroci frequenti. Il ciclo di pulizia si conclude solo quando termina l'autonomia della batteria, che può arrivare anche fino alle 2 ore e mezza. Programmabile ad un solo orario, che rimane in memoria salvo non spegnate il robot dall'interrutore generale (ovviamente!). Io l'ho impostato alle 9.30 del mattino di modo da trovare i pavimenti perfettamente aspirati al rientro in pausa pranzo. Vede gli scalini e si ferma sul bordo (no problem per chi ha un soppalco). Per risparmiare tempo e permettergli di fargli fare più superficie nelle sue ore di autonomia, è consigliabile ridurre il numero di ostacoli a terra (sedie, pouf, giocattoli...).Le vaschette sono due: una per la raccolta della polvere, una per l'acqua per la funzione lavaggio. L'alloggiamento è unico, quindi se ne mette una volta. Ciò vuol dire che o lava o aspira! Il lavaggio non è impeccabile, ma chi compra questo spettacolo della tecnologia deve sapere che è un'ottima complice nella pulizia quotidiana dei pavimenti, ossia nella pulizia dello sporco quotidiano e non in quello "storico" di pulizie di primavera mai affrontate in modo serio. Quindi è consigliabile preparare il pavimento ad un primo lavaggio sgrassante con metodo tradizionale e solo dopo affidarsi a ILIFE V7s.E' la mia prima esperienza con questi robot aspirapolvere e devo dire che, se all'inizio ero un pò titubante ora posso dire che questi piccoletti fanno quello che devono!Per ora l'ho provato solo come aspiratore su piastrelle e parquet e mi sto trovando bene. Lo attivo 2 volte alla settimana e facendo il grosso delle pulizie il sabato devo dire che è un valido aiutino per non vedere briciole,capelli e varie sparsi in giro. Soprattutto in cucina che ho il pavimento a piastrelle lucide bianche e in bagno dopo essermi asciugata i capelli! Ricordatevi di svuotare il serbatoio e pulire le spazzole ad ogni utilizzo per un'efficienza migliore! Tenete presente che sono un'aiuto alla buona non aspettatevi di non dover più aspirare manualmente. Poi, dipende sempre dal livello di pulizia che tollerate ;)
