Good for price. I was expecting them to be more “ clothe” like. The fabric was more like an overly starched collar. Easy to clean though. They were packaged in a tube rolled very tightly, so it took SEVERAL days to get them to lay somewhat flat. However, the color, size and design were nice. I packed them flat hoping for less curled edges next year. .The 4 placemats were rolled up so tightly they will not lay flat. Without some kind of weight on them, they continue to curl up tightly.They are very lightweight material - would not have cost any more money to lay then flat in a flat box.Disappointed.For the price, these placemats are cute but very chintzy. The edges are serrated and very sharp. They came rolled up tightly in plastic and even after more than a month do not lay flat. They are also very thin, almost as thin as a piece of paper. I am leery of putting anything too hot on them. Very disappointed.I returned them. They are very stiff and came rolled up. I tried everything. I could think of to flatten them and nothing worked. I would not recommend them.These placemats are extremely this. They edges are cut with pinking shears. They were shipped tightly rolled. After 3 days with dishes on them, they are still not flat. While the image is very nice, It does not appear that it will stand up to repeated cleaning. Very disappointing.Theses were all rolled up and before I could use them I had to put a lot of heavy stuff on them. Hopefully they will unfurl. Not satisfied with them at all. Might consider returning them. Very cheap!
